Richard Smith Jr. and ‘Will’ Agate partnered up to leverage their 50+ years of combined real estate and related amenities experience to create WillWork! They did not create the concept of flexible office space, but they wanted to take the best parts of it and discard the unnecessary ‘fluff’ and annoying hidden fees often endured with many other national brands. They also wanted to add in what they feel creates a 21st century office environment: A practical, convenient and comfortable space that allows people to thrive while at work. We hope you agree!

With deep roots in Southeastern Pennsylvania, they are thrilled to bring this concept to the Fort Washington area and look forward to serving the vibrant business community and those who have come to visit.

What work spaces do you offer?

We offer a variety of workspaces to accomodate both individuals and team members. You may choose a private office, a shared office, an individual desk or collaboration spaces (or clusters). conference rooms and group meeting rooms are, of course, available for use, and within certain limitations, without additional cost.

What amenities are on site?

Our amenities start with several wifi alternatives, each with high levels of bandwidth and security. Our reception and meeting area are inviting and practical. We provide a business center for photocopying and scanning. There is also a kitchen/lunch room with sink, refrigerator and coffee for your convenience. Clean and well stocked bathrooms are located in the building common area.

Is the office secure?

The entire property is equipped with several key security features, including lighting, security cameras and locked access points. Customers of WillWork will be given instructions on how to access the office space as they please.

Is there anyone on-site should I need support?

Our team is available to support you in-person or over the phone during normal business hours. That said, customers will be able to come and go as they please. Maplewood Office Park maintenance personnel for fast, reliable support should anything come up.

What is your pricing?

Pricing can be discussed over the phone or electronically based on your WillWork at Fort Washington requirements. All of our pricing is transparent and straightforward.

Is there food on site or options nearby?

There is food on site for your convenience. Fort Washington, PA is also home to a wonderful array of food options. You will find many options within just a three mile radius of our location. As many often do, most major food delivery platforms, such as GrubHub, DoorDash and Uber Eats are also convenient options.

Do I need to reserve an EV parking parking spot?

Currently, no. There are plenty of spots for you to choose. As part of becoming a customer of WillWorks of Fort Washington, a special introductory charging rate will be offered, along with the option to sign up for a longer subscription period, all of which is subject to change. We will confirm any changes to this policy if changes have been made.

What is the outdoor space and how may I use it?

There is a wonderful manicured courtyard with park benches for unplugging, eating lunch or taking in some fresh air. The internet will work outside so please feel free to use that space in addition to the office space while on site. There is also a walking path around the corporate park for you to enjoy, and there are many interesting fixtures along the way including a honey bee colony we maintain!

Can you tell me more about the quiet room?

The quiet room is just that: A quiet room for our visitors to use as needed. Feel free to find some quiet time and unplug from the world for a bit. Food is not permitted and not intended for business activity. This room can not be reserved and we ask that people respect that others may also want to use it and limit their use to a reasonable amount of time.

Is your location easy to get to?

Our office is conveniently located in Fort Washington and is easy to get to from major expressways, Philadelphia Airport, etc. For the best route to our location, click here and find the interactive map to get directions.

How long have you been in business?

WillWork is just getting started. We are learning as we go and assure you that you will be rewarded for entrusting us with your business needs. As young as we may be as an entity, the founders have a combined 50 years in real estate management, business and customer service. We look forward to serving you!

Is there anything to do in Fort Washington?

Fort Washington is a vibrant, bustling historic area with a lot to offer. Whether you are familiar with the area or not, we encourage you to visit their community website and other travel focused sites for a list of current events and places to visit, dine and stay.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed for safety, cleanliness and allergy considerations. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Per ADA compliance, service animals are permitted.

Is your office space ADA compliant?

Yes. Our office location has handicap accessible parking, ramps, elevators, bathrooms, water bottle fountain, and doorway thresholds in compliance with the ADA. Additionally, service animals (not pets) are permitted at our location.

Where's the foosball table and bean bag chairs?

For some time now, video games, bean bag chairs, table games and whatever else were introduced to the workspace as a token HR strategy and many national flexible office space companies have adopted the model. The truth is that there is a cost to providing these features, and that cost is ultimately passed on to the customer. We have found that most individuals wish to come to their workspace to work and to have a clean, safe, and comfortable work environment where they can focus on the task at hand. That’s what we provide. You can play video games and foosball when you decide to go home or out to play.
